Project DigiForce

Driving the Future of Force Motors

Force Motors has launched Project DigiForce, a digital transformation program aimed at improving customer experience, driving innovation and increasing productivity across the organization.

Ernst & Young (EY) helped define the digital strategy and roadmap. Several initiatives are already in progress in partnership with leading technology providers.

The first phase focuses on front-office upgrades. Force Motors has tied up with Zoho Corporation to roll out its CRM, DMS and a suite of 12+ AI-powered front-office tools. These tools will strengthen the company’s sales, service, marketing and dealer management operations.

A connected vehicle solution is also under development. It will add more value to Force Motors’ shared passenger mobility products.

Project Lakshya

Transforming Talent for a Future-Ready Organization

Project Lakshya is Force Motors’ initiative to build leadership, technical expertise and managerial strength. It equips employees with the skills needed to meet the demands of a fast-changing industry.

As part of this initiative, Force Motors has collaborated with the SP Jain School of Global Management to launch an Executive Development Program (EDP).

Alongside the EDP, other programs under Project Lakshya are led by subject matter experts and trainers. These are tailored for different levels within the company and focus on professional, behavioral, managerial and leadership skills relevant to today’s automotive sector.

Project Lakshya also includes a complete upgrade of the company’s human resource systems through the rollout of a new HRMS platform.
